Michael Steven Pavich, age 42, of Greenfield, passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. He was born in Fort Knox, Kentucky on July 4, 1978 to Matt Anthony Pavich and Penny Jane Brown. He graduated from West Newton Manuel High School and received his automotive degree from Ivy Tech Community College.
He worked for I.C.S. in Indianapolis and a jack of all trades. Michael enjoyed woodworking, framing, and he was very skilled in construction. Michael loved riding Harleys and playing pool and darts. He was passionate about fishing and even taught his fiancée and boys to fish. Anyone who knew Michael knew how free spirited, loving, and caring he was. He worried about everyone else before himself.
Michael is survived by his wife, Tonia Cupp; daughter, Kayla (Tanner) Stout; sons, Parker and Kaden Cupp; mother, Penny Brown; father, Matt (Cinthia) Pavich; grandson, Levi; brothers, Mark Brown and Braydon Pavich; step-siblings, Caleb, Garron, and Jenay; and several aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Linda Brown, Imogene Pavich, and Frank Pavich.
Gathering will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2020, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. U.S. Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A celebration of life service will take place immediately following the gathering at 3:00 p.m. As a reminder, masks are required in public indoor spaces, and please practice social distancing.
