Brayden Dwayne Howze, while surrounded by family and cuddled in his mother’s arms, entered into Heaven on September 27, 2023 at 3:16 pm! He was born in Baton Rouge, La. on January 28, 2000 to Jessica Lynell Howze. He was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Raymond and Hazel Howze and Conrad (Dee) D’Arensbourg; and great-uncle, Kenneth Mark D’Arensbourg. He is survived by his mother, Jessica Lynell Howze; grandparents, Dennis and Debbie Howze; great-grandmother, Helen D’Arensbourg; aunts and uncles, Jamie Howze Vitrano and Brett Vitrano, and Jennifer Howze; cousins, Ayden McMorris, Evan McMorris, and Owen Findley; great-aunts and great-uncle, Phyllis Thibault, Lawanna Ard, Doug D’Arensbourg, and Kim Odom; and many loving cousins. Brayden was a sweet and gentle soul. He had an unspoken communication that reached the hearts of everyone who met him. From infancy his smile would light up the entire room!! He endured many trials and hardships through his life and yet he was always happy and without complaint. Brayden faced many giants and conquered them daily; he carried a load he could never escape. He did it courageously, bravely, and wisely; expressing love and happiness through it all. Brayden’s name means wisdom, strength, courage, and perseverance and he truly possessed all four. We were beyond blessed to have the honor of sharing our lives with him. He was his momma’s darlin’ heart! The breathtaking value of love, joy and happiness he shared will be etched in our hearts and minds forever. Please join us in a Celebration of Brayden’s Life on Saturday, October 14th at 12:30 pm at Victory in Christ: 26012 Hwy 42 Holden, La. 70744 Family and friends of Brayden D. Howze who prefer to provide a memorial gift may do so. The family will use these gifts to honor Brayden’s life and memory. Please continue to keep the family in your thoughts throughout this challenging time.
