Corley passed away peacefully at home on October 23, 2024 at the age of 79. He was a native of Holden, LA and a resident of French Settlement. Corley lived a wonderful life filled with love, family and lots of hunting. He was blessed to have many friends he cherished.

He graduated from Holden High School in 1963. He was a proud member of the 1963 Holden State Championship Basketball Team. He retired from Volks Constructors in 2007 as a heavy equipment operator. He was a member of the Operating Engineers Local Union No. 406. He was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in French Settlement and a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #6753.

Survived by his wife, Christa Barnett Trawick; three daughters and son-in-laws, Tammy and Roy Farrow, Joan Jones and Rick Ward, and Nicole and Stacey Trest; one son and daughter-in-law, Lee and Lindsay Trawick; stepdaughter, Hayley Barnett; grandchildren, Whitney Brown, Jordan Jones, Corey Villneurve, Journie Broussard, Alexandra Runyon, Lillian Trawick, Ashlee Farrow, Dawson Trest, Laine Aucoin, and Liam, Elle and Emmy Carol Trawick; great grandchildren, Allie, Jett, Lucy, Wyatt, Quade, Jackson, Grey, June and Michael; and brother-in-law, Ruben Keller, Sr. and wife Bobbie.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 54 years and mother of his children, Carol Ann Keller Trawick. He was a loving caregiver to her for many years. His parents, Nancy Leggett and Lawrie W. Trawick, Sr.; brothers, CJ Cannon and Lawrie Trawick Jr.; and brother-in-law, Gerald Keller.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024, beginning at 9:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church in French Settlement, until a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 pm.
