A ceremony celebrating the life of Cory Jason Rowe will be at 1 pm Saturday at Graceworks Church, 16131 Hwy 44, Prairieville; visitation begins at 11 am.
Cory was born in Baton Rouge on September 16, 1981 and departed from this life on November 11, 2018 at the age of 37 years.
He was a resident of Prairieville, a graduate of Parkview Baptist School and Louisiana State University where he was a member of “Pike” Pi Kappa Alpha. He was a lifelong avid fan of LSU sports; and a devoted Christian attending Graceworks Church. Cory had a love for people and will always be remembered as having a heart of gold.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents J D and Joyce Broussard Kinchen and Oscar F. Sr and Elma Callicott Rowe, uncle Oscar F. Rowe Jr; aunt LaVera Sue Rowe Falanga.
Survivors include his parents Donald N. and Susan Kinchen Rowe; three sons Taylor, Ashton and Peyton; brother Jeremy and wife Ashley Wilks Rowe and their children Harlee, Skye and Christian; uncles and aunts Brent and Susan Kinchen, Brian and Lynne Kinchen; also survived by other relatives and friends.
