The first time I ever met Mrs. Pat was at school she was a room mother and brought all kinds of goodies for us kids. Also I had the pleasure of later in life of helping to take care of Mrs. Pat in her later years. I will always cherish the memories of her. Her Grace love and just to see Jesus inside her made a glow about her. One thing I can say she walked the walk and talked the talk. RIP Mrs. Pat you truly were a strong Christian lady.

With Love,

Wendy Ortego Carter.

Mrs. Pat will be missed by all who knew and loved her. The first time I met her was at the table she shared with Momma at Azalea, I knew that she was a special Godly Lady from the minute she spoke. I loved when she visited and sang to her daily. She was an Angel for our family in a time we especially need her.
Forever grateful....
Love and prayers,

I was thinking of Mrs. Pat recently and wasn't sure why, I now know that the red cardinal in my backyard has been her popping in to say hello. I enjoyed every moment of knowing her, and your family is precious. Azalea was just a passing place for me, but I met so many good souls there. Mrs. Pat was one of them. I pray for peace in the assurance that she is resting with Jesus, even when all else was forgotten, she knew nothing but love for others. My deepest condolences to your family.
