Paul Guillot was born on February 25, 1953, to the union of the late Wilson Anthony Guillot Sr and Aline Germain Guillot and passed from this life on November 17, 2023, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center at the age of 70 years.
He was a resident of Baton Rouge, during the 80’s he was owner and operator of LA Acadian Cuisine Restaurant in New Iberia and served in the United State Armed Forces.
He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings Wilson Guillot Jr., and Onelia Guillot.
Survivors include his siblings Michael J. Guillot of Loreauville, Louis M. Guillot of New Iberia, Marie G. Boler of Utah, Alice G. Gaspard of Crowley, and Nancy C. Guillot of Broussard, also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
