Sally was born in Detroit on October 9, 1930 to the late Joseph and Felicia Vacante. She was loving, devoted to her family, and vivacious. Sally enjoyed her trips to the casino, playing bingo, and shopping. She loved hosting parties and cooking for her guests, and going to Florida to visit her sons. A devoted Catholic, Sally was a member of St. Ephram Catholic Church for many years.

Beloved mother of the late Shirley (David) Corey, James Gray, and Robert (Karen) Gray; proud grandmother of Joseph (Heather) Schram, Michael (Lisa) Schram, Dana (Shawn) Osowski, Angela (Jon) Cantrell, Christopher Gray, Jason (Melissa) Gray, Brian (Kelley Anne) Gray, James Gray, and Rachel Gray; 18 great-grandchildren and 14 great- great grandchildren; dear sister of the late Joe Vacante and the late Sam (Rosemary) Vacante. Sally is also survived by a large extended family of cousins, aunts, and uncles.

The family will greet guests from 4:00pm to time of funeral service at 7:00pm on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield Rd., Clinton Twp., Michigan.
