William Daniel “Danny” LeBlanc was born on March 5, 1966 in Donaldsonville, LA and resided in St. Amant, LA. He passed away on September 13, 2024, at the age of 58, surrounded by his wife and her family and Josh Barton. Danny never met a stranger and was always so generous with his knowledge, his time, his finances and even his construction equipment. He was hardworking and never turned down a good “hustle”. Danny always told his story that his first hustle was at the tender age of 5, when he saw some construction workers hard at work at the end of his street and he ran home and begged his mom to make him some sandwiches and he loaded up his loot and took off back down the street and sold his sandwiches to the workers. Therefore, it is no surprise that Danny built an extremely successful business from absolutely nothing and was always attempting to make it even better. Danny met his wife, Rachelle “Rae” Montz LeBlanc, while in high school at a basketball game where he drank the last sip of what was in his souvenir cup and handed it to her and said, “now, don’t ever say I never gave you anything”. He was always very giving from a young age and that quality continued throughout his life. Danny was also very passionate about and a very generous supporter of the Home of Grace. In tribute to his dedicated service and noble sacrifice which made countless miracles possible for others, he was awarded the Miracle Maker Award by the Home of Grace on March 8, 2008. Danny will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all those whose lives he impacted throughout his short years in this life. Danny is survived by his wife Rae; his son, Trey Daniel Leblanc and his fiancé Faith Donaldson; and his two grandchildren, Paislee Grace LeBlanc and Parker Joseph LeBlanc. He is also survived by his brother, Darren James LeBlanc and his nephew Matthew George LeBlanc, as well as numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. Danny was preceded in death by his parents George LeBlanc Sr. and Dianne “Put” Everett; and his brothers George LeBlanc Jr., Kerry Trabeau and Joseph “Donnell” Everett; as well as, one sister, Dolly LeBlanc. Per Danny’s wishes, no services will be held. In lieu of flowers and/or plants, please make a donation to the Home of Grace in memory of Danny LeBlanc.

I have several memories of Danny, but one sticks out the most. We were in the school yard playing at recess at the old elementary school located on burnside and Danny pulled out a wad of cash.. this is probably 6th grade or younger… it was a roll of money. I was like in shock and couldn’t believe it. Who had that kind of money at that age. Danny was always a class act to me. I did not know he helped people with finding their way to recovery. But, I am not surprised either. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones.

What a terrific guy with a positive attitude on just about anything. I loved bringing his chicken sausage on ski trips to feed the hungry troops. I will miss him terribly. Funny 😄 guy to be around.
